We have loved our stay at this lovely period cottage with many original features and exposed stonework. The coastal path starts right outside the door. You can walk all the way to Land's End if you have the stamina! Some of the most amazing sea views I have seen in the south of England. We will be returning in the future :)

A small but well designed, tastefully furnished and well equipped cottage in a stunning setting. Walking direct from property to coastal path down through the bluebell and garlic woods very special. Spoilt for choice in respect of interesting local walks. The Minack Theatre a must to visit and, ideally, see a play. The Mackeral Sky Cafe in Newlyn another must if you like top quality seafood. Tim and Maggie very welcoming and helpful. Very restful place to stay: extremely comfortable bed and quiet and peaceful. Returned home feeling truly rejuvenated!

Excellent location, perfect for us and the dog!

This is a beautiful old cottage in a wonderful part of the world. Would stay again and recommend to anybody. Very cozy and a perfect base for exploring local coves and beaches. Brilliant!

The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful location, ideally situated to access a lovely coastal walk and nearby cove. Also many of the other areas like Cape Cornwall are within half hour drive - I'd highly recommend it there for a full day, as there is a National Trust car park with café for buying a picnic. The cottage has everything you need, and it all works! The shower is especially good. Just a word of caution about the bedroom with extremely limited head height.

We had a really lovely stay- the location is glorious and the cottage comfortable and welcoming and full of beautiful artwork. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Charming Cottage with lovely front courtyard garden. Friendly and helpful hosts in Maggie in Tim.

Surrounding area is a place of the most exquisite outstanding beauty with wonderful walks and beaches.

Wonderful cottage in an idyllic location. Second time here and hopefully will be back. The hosts are lovely, on hand to help but not intrusive. Perfect location for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

We had such a lovely stay at the coach house cottage on the Boskenna Estate. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our Border Terrier Merlin. The estate setting itself is beautiful, especially the wooded walk alongside a tumbling stream down to the boulder beach at St Loy's Cove. Bluebells and other spring flowers scattered among tropical plants gave the area a real magical feel. The same walk gave access to the Salt Path (SW Coastal Path). We took a fantastic 10 mile walk West to Lands End, passing Porthcurno, The Minack Theatre and the unspoilt fishing hamlet of Penberth Cove. Walking East 2.5 miles along the Salt Path takes you through semi tropical gardens on the way to the artists and writers favourite, Lamorna Cove. A further 2.5 miles from Lamorna round the path and we were in picturesque Mousehole for ice cream. It is a great location for exploring other treasures in the area such as St Michaels Mount, Kyance Cove and the Lizard. We also ventured 25 mins up the coast for some body boarding at the surfing hotspot Sennen Cove! The Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar in Newlyn is a must try... Maggie and Tim were great hosts. There when we needed them. We would recommend... Nicky, Nick & Merlin

We had a fantastic week at Coach House Cottage, it had everything we needed for a lovely stay exploring Cornwall. Thanks so much!

Lovely cottage in a fairly remote location just 15 minutes steep walk to the sea. Maggie and Tim are just lovely and the cottage has everything you need. A word of warning though, however short you are you will hit your head going to bed!!

It's a long way down to this part of the Cornwall but so worth it when you get there. The cottage is just minutes from all the important places - Minack, Lands End, Sennen.....

The cottage is small and tall people may struggle with the ceiling height in the bedroom but it is very cute and cozy.

Always receive a warm welcome from the owners. We adore the rugged coastline amidst the beautiful local scenery. Perfect.

Absolutely perfect

Our host were very friendly and helpful. The property is ideally situated to discover this part of Cornwall. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

Great cottage in a lovely location with walks straight from the door and ideally situated for the Minack Theatre. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and very well equipped and the cream tea and milk waiting for us were a nice surprise. We hope to visit again.

Cosy, warm , well equipped cottage, ideally situated.

Cream Tea was fantastic, place tranquil and very comfortable accommodation for us three :)

The cottage is small and cute, just right for what I needed. In a very good position to go out discovering. The hosts & their sons were lovely, always helpful & willing to give advice & information. If you like digs you will fall in love with their dog Sky.

Lovely cottage for a couple to share a holiday.

The hosts and family. (Very friendly whilst respecting our privacy. Made us feel most welcome) The local beaches and walks are some of the best I;ve been to.

Fantastic location, owners are lovely people, lovely property which matched our requirements perfectly and beautiful weather. Could not be bettered in any way.

It was a lovely place, very silent near to the st. loy cliff.

Owners were very friendly & helpful. Area was a very good base to explore the south west.

We had a great Xmas at the Coach House Cottage. It is a truly magical place to stay for connecting with nature, history and being peaceful. It was wonderful being able to join the coastal path within the grounds. We spent our 6 days walking and running.

I loved walking through the hydrangeas in the grounds and image it would be spectacular in the Summer. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

This property is ideally situated for walks, peace and everything else is a 10-minute drive away. Exactly what a holiday should be!

Everything you could want for a cosy and comfortable stay in a great location with superb walks on the doorstep

Very peaceful location. Lovely BBQ area outside. Short walk to the sea. Bliss

Lovely property, beautiful location.

Lovely little cottage which was ideal for my elderly dog. Wonderful walks and beautiful gardens. A perfect little gem for a weekend away.

Really pretty little cottage in a secluded location. The cottage was beautifully decorated in and out with Christmas decorations during our stay over the new year break although it would have been equally cosy without.

The hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. One of the best places we've stayed in West Cornwall and we've stayed in a few.

Would highly recommend.

Clean and cosy, well equipped. Perfect for a dog owner with a footpath right down through the coast passing through woodland on the way.

The Coach House is a delightful place to stay and the owners (Maggie and Tim) had thought of the little extras which made our stay more comfortable. There are 2 big comfortable settees and the bed was home from home. There are some fabulous walks as soon as you walk out of the door and you can feel completely safe as there are no cars tearing around the lane, a haven for our dog. The bluebells were at their peak during our stay and the walks through the woods were spectacular. St Loy cove is not too far and wonderful to have a stroll down to seeing the beautiful gardens along the way. On arrival we were welcomed by a Cornish cream tea, scones with clotted cream and home-made strawberry jam and even a jug of milk. This is definitely a cottage we would re-visit.

Coach house cottage was just perfect in every way. The location was brilliant and enabled to see so much of the quieter parts of cornwall, far from the madding crowd. The owners were lovely very helpful and kind, without being to much. The cottage could not have been better in any way, it was just what we hoped it would be. It was our first visit to Cornwall, to celebrate our 20th anniversary together and also to help us look for places to relocate in the near future. I,'ve always wanted to live in a proper stone cottage with two feet thick walls and staying here has just confirmed this to me.

The cottage was well situated for visiting different places and for the coastal path and beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay in The Coach House Cottage ... so homely, peaceful & in a great location for exploring the South Weat Coastal Path & so close to the wonderful Minack Theatre. Thank you.

Well done Classic Cottages & Tim & Maggie! Everything you said it would be was absolutely delivered. We loved the place from the moment we walked through the door. It is ' Classic' in every sense and truly delightful. The access to the coastal footpath was excellent . The walk to Lamorna Cove is stunning , and we enjoyed great pub food in the 'Lamorna Wink'. This is a beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful wonderful holiday ! Thank you.

Lovely, cosy, pretty cottage in a stunning location. Diverse landscape full of wildlife, a cove with crashing waves, seclusion without being cut off, friendly owner and locals...what more could you ask for.

Lovely cottage and owners Maggie and Tim couldn't have been better hosts - welcoming and helpful but not at all intrusive. Cottage is perfectly situated to explore the best of West Penwith, and the walk down to the cove is the perfect pre-breakfast head-clearer - just magical. We'd love to return when the spring flowers are in bloom. A perfect week for us.

I have stayed at many cottages across the country at various times, none has matched Coach House Cottage. I was welcomed by the housekeeper, with home -made scones, jam and clotted cream.Original paintings by the owner and artistic touches were everywhere. The cottage is extremely well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is safe and peaceful, but well-placed for visiting Sennen Cove, the Minack Theatre, Marazion and St. Michael's Mount. I shall certainly do my best to return.

It is an idyllic setting, really lovely and peaceful and a fantastic place to unwind, lovely walks in the immediate vicinity, in short a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely perfect little cottage in the most tranquil setting. Only a short walk through beautiful woodland to the beach at St Loy. Lovely owners, very dog friendly.
Will definitely go back!

Ideal for a romantic weekend! Just bring your own candles and champagne.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage - great location - lovely walks nearby and good location for all far west Cornwall. Superb comfy bed and very homely.

A cosy and nice little Cottage with great walks just out of the door !

The owners lived opposite and were so friendly and helpful. The cottage is beautiful with stunning artwork of the surrounding landscapes. From this cottage you could do as little or as much as you want!
