Woodlands Manor is by far the best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. The owners, Nigel and Adele, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It was perfect for our 9 month old-the swimming pool was lovely and warm and Adele provided a cot, baby bath and changing mat. There was a cake and fresh eggs waiting for us on arrival, and Adele cooked us a delicious meal during our stay. The location was stunning, and only a short drive from beautiful beaches. We couldn’t have asked for more and really didn’t want to leave.

Great holiday house. Perfect for a mixed age family group with plenty of space and choice of rooms for relaxing and dining. Swimming pool and animals a definite plus for families with young children.

Woodlands Manor House is a perfect destination for a family gathering with space for everybody's needs. The whole house is very comfortable and clean with all the amenities to make life easy: aga and cooker, enough bathrooms, boots and coats room, utility room, enough sitting rooms for reading, playroom, working, choice of rooms for meals: dining-room, kitchen, and conservatory. A lot of hard work and thought given to details had gone on behind the scene to give us a very warm welcome. Perfect holiday!

It was a lovely week and we felt very welcomed by the owners.

The accommodation and setting was amazing. The kids loved feeding the animals and being allowed to roam around to look at them when they wanted. Adele and Nigel were very welcoming and helpful and the indoor pool was a great hit with everyone.
An amazing place, would definitely love to go back again.

a wonderful family experience. Ideal for three or more generations. A beautiful happy atmosphere. Wonderful hosts too.
Mrs Perry January 2017
Woodland Manor is a great place for families; we had a get together of three generations and the Manor provided ample space for everyone. The grandchildren loved having their own sitting room and the pool was a massive hit, finding tadpoles in a puddle on the woodland walk came a close second. Nice walks and eateries not too far away.

Its the sort of place that you will want to return to time and time again.
Mrs Rumming February 2016
Fantastic place to stay- the pool was a highlight for us as it was really warm and the toddlers could spend an hour in it! Also, it was close enough to the cottage that we could dash across in towels and a jumper even in the rain! The cottage was huge and meant that each part of the family could have their own space if they wanted it which was great. The conservatory was fantastic to sit in and the kitchen was very homely. The animal feeding is also a great part of the holiday even though we did almost get blown away!! Plus you really must try the sausages as they are delicious. Overall a fantastic stay with excellent hosts and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Our stay at Woodlands was enjoyed by all in our party of 6 adults and 4 children in the Manor and 4 adults in The Stables. Our hosts were very helpful and the baby equipment provided saved a lot of car room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the surroundings second to none. The bluebell woods were stunning.
