We were greated by Annie who was extremly helpful with information about the area and suggestions of what to do. There was also a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers from the garden and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The property was a fantastic place to stay, spacious, homely, peaceful and we were very impressed with the kitchen equipment. The whole cottage had everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal and you do have your own enclosed garden. The beech was a little longer walk than you might expect and not for the faint hearted, however the beech is impressive and very pretty. We took a walk from Pendower Beech (which merges into Carne Beech) along the coastal path up to the top of the cliff. Stopped off at Mallets Cottage (an old fishermans cottage), such amazing views. We also be-friended the manor house cat 'Henry', very sweet and well behaved. I would highly recommend a stay at any of the Crugsillick Cottages, we had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate in booking again, we loved it!

Lovely comfortable and well equipped cottage. Perfect for families.

August 2014

Light and airy, very spacious - 3 boys, 2 of them teenagers and we didn't feel 'on top of each other while in the house.

Access to some beautiful coastal walking without having to use the car.

Well located, spacious cottage. Lovely walk down to an equally lovely beach, not too crowded. Close to Truro, a number of gardens and some pretty villages, such as Veryan. Very helpful, informative owner. Would stay here again.
