A lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings. Very well located for exploring St. Agnes, Chapel Porth, Porthtowan and lots of other places of interest. Great location for coastal and inland walking.

Great stay at Honeysuckle cottage. Good central location for all the local beautiful beaches. Hosts Nick and Maria were very welcoming and only live next door if any problems! Cottage was well equipped and importantly had very comfortable beds and sofas!! Very peaceful stay… loved the sundowner deck to relax at the end of the day with a glass of something and watching the sunset! Highly recommend Honeysuckle cottage.

Beautiful location and cottage for a reclusive break. Unless you drive a SUV I would consider the half a mile off road lane which is the only access to the property.

Great location, easy to access from A30 and less than 10 minutes from lovely Porthtowan Beach. Comfy, cosy and clean accomodation in a rural setting yet close to all the essentials and lovely beaches and scenery. Lots of nice places nearby within 10-15 minutes for food and lots to do within 30 minute drive for young and old. We would recommend the accomodation and location.

Amazing property! Exactly as described and shown in photos. Great location, nice and peaceful and central enough to visit all the places we wanted to whilst on holiday. Lovely couple who own the cottage, very helpful and friendly. Had everything we could possibly want for a week away as a family. Would def recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Really great stay in this place. Added bonus was use of the barbecue hut one evening.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location!

We had another lovely stay at Honeysuckle Cottage. We have had many happy stays here and hope to come back. Nick and Maria are always so warm and welcoming. We love the peaceful location which is still only a short distance to Redruth and local Supermarkets. The garden and cottage are beautifully kept and very comfortable . The kids love playing on the trampoline and we had some lovely walks too. The beaches locally are lovely too and Porthtowan is only a few minutes away and had some good waves for body boarding! It all makes for a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

Lovely location and views, but the cottage was let down with poor equipment (eg faulty dishwasher) which was disappointing.

Lovely, peaceful location, excellent pasties available from the farm shop at the top of the track!

Exceeded expectations. Honeysuckle is cosy and really comfortable and in the perfect location being only a few minutes drive to the beach and amenities in Redruth or St Agnes. Thoroughly recommended .

If our experience is typical we would not recommend this cottage.

Great views from the cottage

Charming old cottage that has been beautifully renovated and has all the facilities you need including good internet Wi-Fi.

Nice accommodation but the remoteness spoils it a little for us

Thanks for your comments on Honeysuckle Cottage - it is a rural property but there are a pub and shop within a mile and a half, and it's midway between the lovely vibrant village of St Agnes and town, mainline train station and bus station at Redruth, so all within a short drive. We do have a lot of properties in village and town settings, so if you'd prefer this sort of location, do give our Booking Office a call and they can help you find the perfect property for your next stay. Maria and Nick were most welcoming when we arrived. We were made to feel welcome and special with a full cream tea awaiting us when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we were left to enjoy our holiday without interruption but felt that we could ask them anything at any time if we needed to.

A fantastic holiday in a lovely cottage situated in a beautiful area of Cornwall. Beaches, walks and cycle paths all within minutes of the cottage which was lovely. Extra touches like the cream tea, BBQ and sun loungers provided made the whole fortnight wonderful, thank you, we would highly recommend Honeysuckle Cottage to our friends and family.

a Little hard to find the place - there should be a map for the way from the Airport of Newquay to the Cottage - we had`nt a map when we arrived at the Airport so it was hard to come to the place where the map we have got started.

Thanks so much for your review - our Reception Details include an Ordnance Survey map and directions to the local area, with more specific details for the last five or so miles (this is usually where the roads are most likely to be smaller, and often unclassified). The roads from Newquay airport are all fairly well signed, so hopefully once you travelled the few miles to the A30, you were able to follow our directions easily and settle in to enjoy your stay. This is a beautiful airy cottage in a very peaceful location. The facilities are excellent in the cottage and any children staying will enjoy the outdoor space. The owners are very helpful and welcoming.

A fantastic family holiday cottage in a beautiful location.

Absolutely superb in every way, will look to rebook at the first opportunity. The owners on site were lovely people and the property and surroundings were spot on. Great location for exploring Cornwall.

(Might just be worth warning people about the track down to the property, if they had a low slung sports type car they might struggle)
