Beautiful house. Photos do not do it justice. Fantastic views. This is classed as an accessible house but not particularly wheelchair friendly due to the hill and gravel outside.

We're so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at this lovely house. We don't advertise wheelchair accessibility here but being all on one level inside, it does appeal particularly to some guests who perhaps can't manage a lot of stairs. We'd always suggest having a chat with one of our team who has personal knowledge of a house if you have any specific access questions. Tanya, Customer Support

Gate Acre was a perfect pleasure. We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather, and spent much of the time wandering the coastal paths between Durgan beach and Helford Passage.

The owners Gate Acre have done a great job and we thoroughly enjoyed the thought they clearly put into the house. It's well equipped and easy to enjoy with a big crowd of friends and family.

An understated house from the front, this is a real treasure. The views from the back are TO DIE FOR! The sunsets across the valley are awesome - a glass of wine in the setting sun (yes at Easter), with the children all playing in the garden made this holiday one full of beautiful memories.

Gate Acre is a very comfortable house in beautiful surroundings with stunning views and is very peaceful (except from the odd helicopter from Culdrose!) It is very spacious, bright and airy and well equipped. Trebah garden is in walking distance and Glendurgan garden just a little further. Both are well worth visiting and have beaches. The Lizard is just 45 minutes drive away and there are lovely sandy beaches like Kennack Sands and pretty fishing villages like Cadgwith all an easy drive away.

Like everything really especially the view. Easy access to this area which we know well. The linear layout made for stress free living and sleeping.

Our holiday at Gate Acre was delightful. The property was spacious, beautifully furnished, and it has a magnificent and ever-changing view out over the Helford. With plenty to do in the local area, and such a welcoming 'home' to come back to, this is an ideal holiday location and we hope to revisit again soon to enjoy all it has to offer.

Really lovely property, first class accommodation, would recommend to anyone. This is our third time and it's also so peaceful and relaxing sitting out on the balcony in the evenings or taking a stroll down to the Ferry Boat Inn
