Imagine a spot where you can truly relax, listening to the trickling steam in the woods and twittering songbirds in this tranquil location. This charming bungalow provides very comfortable accommodation for everyone.

With two steps up to the front door, you will find plenty of space inside. The large sitting-room has squishy sofas and a well stocked bookcase for cosy evenings with your favourite author. The sunny conservatory is found through the second bedroom - this lovely room has comfortable sofas to enjoy watching all the wildlife from and a dining-table for those lovely long lunches. Double doors open from the conservatory to the fabulous decked around with chairs where you can enjoy a sundowner listening to the evening chorus.

The eat-in kitchen is a lovely space with everything you might need for a feast, the breakfast table is a great spot to plan your adventures. There is patio that leads off the kitchen with a charcoal barbecue which can be enjoyed on long summer days.

Head down the stairs from the kitchen and you will find the most amazing games-room with a bar ready for those cocktails to be shaken and a pool table for both adults and children to enjoy a game or two. The games-room also has a shower-room with a handy WC, along with a sofa bed which can be used if guests do not want to share a second double bed. Doors open onto the fabulous garden at Ashwood from the games-room.

The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed for a peaceful night's slumber, hopefully your loved one will bring your breakfast in bed. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed and overlooks the lovely gardens.

The garden at Ashwood is fabulous with plenty of space and a plethora of sub-tropical plants to enjoy. At the bottom of the garden is a pretty stream that runs into Helford Creek and woods filled with wildlife. This really is a tranquil location, tucked away in a small cul-de-sac with handy parking for two medium-sized cars on the drive (please be aware that the drive is steep).

There are beautiful creeks and woods to explore from this fabulous location, Falmouth and The Helford are within easy reach and Ashwood is the perfect place to retreat to after a day exploring; with so much to explore you will be back time after time. The village has a good local pub and shop within a stone's throw from the property, along with a restaurant too, what more could you want. There are many wonderful things to enjoy from Ashwood at any time of year, making the most of each season as it comes, this is a truly relaxing property.
