Dungarth has been transformed into a blissful holiday retreat in laid-back countryside surroundings and offering reverse level accommodation to make the very most of the rolling countryside. Upstairs, there is a light and airy living space, perfect for sociable evenings chatting about the day's adventures. The welcoming living area has two comfortable sofas and a cosy wood-burner, making it a lovely spot to curl up in at the end of the day with your chosen holiday read.

The fabulous kitchen is decorated with calming blue tones and has everything you would need to create a delicious supper, and a dining-table and chairs to gather around to enjoy your meal. Take the bespoke oak stairs down to the ground floor where you will find three gorgeous bedrooms, two of which have sumptuous king-size beds and the third has a 'zip and link' bed which can be a super-king or twins, you choose!

The main bedroom is furnished with a luxury brass and chrome Dickens Victorian-style king-size bed and also offers a fabulous en suite shower-room with a luxurious waterfall shower, allowing you that little bit of extra privacy. You will also find the main bathroom on this floor, with a bathtub for washing off sandy toes at the end of the day. Imagine opening your front door and enjoying your breakfast to the sound of nothing but the local Red Ruby Devon pedigree cows and enjoying the most beautiful countryside setting and views.

French doors lead out from the living space on to a wooden balcony (where you can enjoy an evening sundowner and watch the sun set) and outside, you'll find a wonderful south-facing outdoor space/garden complete with granite stone barbecue and table and chairs for al fresco dining under the warmth of the sun. Please be aware Dungarth is a part of Pengelly Farm, a working farm. The entrance to the farm is down a bumpy (in places) farm track so please take care with low suspension vehicles. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Dungarth but please note dogs must be kept on leads when walking the three public footpaths on the farm.
