Willow Walk is also a great place to let your four-legged friends exercise and let off steam. The joy of an early morning dog walk will be listening to the dawn chorus as the sun gently rises, setting everyone up for the wonderful day ahead. Feel free to let your dogs off the lead but please be mindful there may be livestock in adjoining fields. Please remember your wellies for those morning walks as the field can become wet underfoot which we know your dog will enjoy!

Although you have everything you could wish for on your doorstep, including numerous fishing lakes nearby, venturing further afield is a must as you are only a leisurely car drive away from the north coast which is home to some of the most sought-after beaches including Widemouth Bay, Northcott and Sandymouth. The award-winning resort of Bude is only a 20 minute drive away, with its many interesting independent shops to wonder around and numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs. So, whether you fancy an Indian, Chinese, Tapas or simple pub grub, there's somewhere to cater for everyone's taste. Bude has two fabulous beaches, Crooklets and Summerleaze, both great for surfing, sand castles and soaking up the sun, and the great news is Summerleaze is dog-friendly all year round!
