Rosemerryn Cottage

A truly charming semi-detached cottage set in tranquil countryside of the Helford; this sunny sheltered spot is the perfect place to relax and a fabulous base for exploring this pretty part of Cornwall. Rosemerryn Cottage has a footpath next to the cottage which leads down to sandy Maenporth Beach where you will find a fabulous sandy cove and beach cafe.

There is plenty of space to relax at the cottage, with your only neighbour being the owner who is in the next door cottage from time to time. The large sitting-room overlooks the pretty front garden and has a large wood-burner to snuggle down in front of with a good book and a glass of wine. Just a little step up takes you into the dining-area which is a perfect spot for planning the next adventure or of course eating a tasty meal. Three steps down lead you to the kitchen, which overlooks the private back garden, surrounded by trees with glimpses of the surrounding countryside. There is a handy utility-room which is perfect for wet swimming costumes or muddy dogs and boots and a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedroom has a super-king bed, so you can stretch out and relax while listening to the morning chorus; if you are lucky you might get brought breakfast in bed!

Although children aren't accepted, babes in arms under the age of six months are welcome.
