A non-refundable booking fee of £45.00 is payable per booking.
- 30% off between 07 Sep and 14 Dec 2024 for parties up to 5 + cot. The annexe (Spring View Cottage) is excluded at this discounted rate.
- 50% off between 09 Nov and 14 Dec 2024 for parties up to 2 + cot. The main house (Spring View), rear garden and summer-house are excluded at this discounted rate. Guests will have access to the private patio adjacent to the annexe (Spring View Cottage) and the front garden/patio.
