Adjacent to the sitting/dining area is a beautiful bedroom with a sumptuous king-size bed for a great night's sleep.
Outside is a private terrace with patio furniture and barbecue. Storage is available for bikes and there is parking for up to two cars. Enjoy wandering around the grounds which are shared with the owner, there is also a lovely pond which is often occupied by the resident ducks.
Lovely walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep. There is a particularly pleasant walk from the grounds into the village of Fletching which has a popular pub.
