If you were looking for cottages like St Morwenna, how about trying these:

Oh my what a wonderful house this is! Waiting to welcome lucky guests, this super stylish retreat offers peace and tranquility and an escape away from it all feel, yet is only a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach, in fact there are glimpses of the sea from most of the rooms - bliss!

Located up a short unmade track and along a private road, between the charming villages of Boscastle and Tintagel, this beautiful Victorian villa with its spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows that really let the light flood in, has been brought bang up to date, exquisitely presented with high-end quality. The owners have taken the utmost care to ensure that you have the most wonderful of stays, with White Company linen, Garden Trading furniture, Jim Lawrence lighting and Vanessa Arbuthnott and Susie Watson fabrics throughout - if none of this means anything to you prepared to be impressed!

The impressive hallway sets the scene with its grand staircase and tiled floor leading off into the kitchen/dining room, the hub of the home and worthy of an appearance in any cookery programme. In fact, should you wish to tune into one, there's a large TV to keep you entertained. There's all the usual culinary mod-cons, along with an American-style fridge/freezer, Belfast sink, a nod to the heritage of the house, a fabulous island/breakfast-bar for grabbing a quick bite, and an electric Aga to delight any Mary Berry enthusiastic but don't panic there's a standard oven as well.

Time to chill out and the sitting-room beckons. A truly relaxing room, in soothing pastel shades and that all-important wood-burner to keep you warm and toasty on those out-of-season breaks. When it's time for bed you are in for a treat. There are four gorgeous rooms, each with the most comfortable beds dressed with luxurious linens, beautiful throws and cushions, one with a luxury en suite shower-room, and the family bathroom hasn't missed out on the style treatment either.

Outside the delights continue, with a super sunny terrace to enjoy dining in the great outdoors and a luscious lawn for garden games or lounging with a good book. Set on a slope, there's a higher terrace, the place to watch the sunset at the end of a perfect day in north Cornwall and a lower garden full of mature shrubs with little paths that wind through the planting (accessed via steep steps, care needs to be taken if younger and older members of the party want to explore this area).
