If you were looking for cottages like Benhams, how about trying these:

Located within walking distance of Freshwater Bay, stopping en route at the charming Piano Cafe for a spot of lunch or coffee and home-made cake, Benhams is an ideal base. The breathtaking views from the bay, taking in the Needles, are truly something to be admired. The beach at Freshwater Bay is a mixture of grey flint and chalk pebbles creating a unique sound as the waves hit the shore. Superb for swimming when the tide is in with sand underfoot as you brave it out to deeper waters. Smugglers used the caves around the bottom of the chalk cliffs and the best way to see these are in kayaks which can be hired from Adventure Activities based at Freshwater Bay who offer a guided tour, a fantastic experience for the whole family.

Benhams is a spacious, light and comfortable house with a mature and enclosed rear garden. There are several seating areas to enjoy the outdoor space and soak up the Island sunshine. The ground floor has an open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas, and doors leading out to a conservatory. The conservatory has additional soft seating to put your feet up with a good book and glass of wine. There is a separate snug with television on the ground floor, for the kids to have their own space and you yours! The house has plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Isle of Wight.
