The main house has a wonderful contemporary kitchen which still keeps its farmhouse feel and character.

The elegant dining room seats 14 guests - this room is perfect for special occasions.
This really is a house fit for a wonderful and memorable family celebration.
As well as the verandah there is another seating area outside the kitchen where you can choose sunshine or shade.
The gardens are simply stunning, with large areas of lawns for children to play, beautiful flower beds and borders and a huge meadow too.
There is a very useful boot and dog drying off room.
Even the downstairs cloakroom has a character of its own.
The main house accommodates 10, and the attached linked cottage, to the left of the photo, sleeps 4. The two link together on the first floor for excellent flexibility if you wish.

The bunk bedroom is ideal for children but as the bunks are 3ft and with proper sprung mattresses, adults will be comfortable too.

The stunning Jurassic Coast from east Devon through into Dorset is dotted with fishing villages, seaside towns and of course beaches !
This is Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb Harbour and both sandy and pebbly beaches.
Little boats pulled up on the beach at Branscombe. An unspoilt coastal village with two family-friendly pubs, a National Trust cafe, beach cafe and shop and beachside parking.
The attached cottage is to the left of the main house, you can book the house for up to 10 guests or both the house and cottage for up to 14 guests.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

There is a charge of £25 per pet per week or short break.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.
