The Watermill is a beautifully converted property in a sheltered courtyard setting  as well as having  a separate bbq area overlooking open fields.
The sitting room overlooks the courtyard and the stairs lead straight up into one of the spacious double bedrooms.
The kitchen/dining room has a wood burning stove for atmospheric evening meals.
The sitting room has comfortable leather sofas and is a very tranquil room to relax in at the end of a day out on Exmoor.
This is the lovely area where you can sit and enjoy the most wonderful sunsets and have a barbecue.
The Watermill has a lovely sheltered courtyard with lovely planting to make it feel private. The overall courtyard is enclosed and you have use of this dedicated half of it.

This cottage is a real home from home with all the equipment you will need for a perfect holiday.
Artwork on the walls gives an extra personality to the cottage.

This is the bridge at Exebridge a short walk from the cottage! There is a lovely pub here too, as well as fishing lakes to try your hand at fly fishing.
There is a stunning coastline where Exmoor meets the sea - this is the view from Porlock Weir.
This is the river Barle as it flows through Dulverton - a lovely little place just a few miles from The Watermill - you can walk there.
This is Wimbleball Lake - a great place for a day out with lakeside walks, sailing and a tea shop.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

There is a charge of £25 per pet per week or short break.

A non-refundable booking fee of £26 is payable per booking.
