Short Breaks

If, like us, you love peace, super-quietly arrange to come off season. The weather can delight at any time of year. Our Autumns and Springs are often Summer in disguise. Fancy a swim on Christmas day? We do.

Outside the busy summer season, many of our cottages will accept bookings of five days or less. Not all cottages offer short breaks, and some can only be booked in the preceding weeks. Sound complicated? Let the web site do the work and search for a Short Break now.

Winter Short Breaks

apply when the holiday starts within these dates:

5 November 2008 to 16 December 2008
They can be booked at any time in advance of the holiday.

Spring and Autumn Short Breaks

apply when the holiday starts within these dates:

19 March 2008 to 1 July 2008
3 September 2008 to 4 November 2008
They can be booked within different lead times depending on the property.

Christmas Short Breaks

apply when the holiday spans Christmas Day.

They can only be booked from 1 December.

New Year Short Breaks

apply when the holiday spans New Year's Day.

They can only be booked from 1 November.

Prices for Short Breaks

are worked out as follows:

3 days - 70% of the weekly price
4 days - 75% of the weekly price
5 days - 80% of the weekly price
6 days - 90% of the weekly price
