This fabulous barn and breathtaking location offer a holiday package which even the Great British weather can't spoil. Just a short stroll from your doorstep the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub provide hours of fun and entertainment for all generations, whilst the beautiful barn has been carefully designed and equipped to ensure that whether you wish to cuddle up in front of the electric wood-burning stove, dine and play as a family in the purpose built first floor mezzanine 'drinks' area, or retreat to your own private space, doing so in this wonderful multi-generational house is very easy to do, especially as each bedroom is en suite.
Ensuring that you make the most of the great outdoors is paramount during a stay at Bremridge Lodge. The beautifully designed lawn area also doubles up as an al fresco dining-area with barbecue, fully equipped with a patio table and chairs, soaking up the sun in this beautiful suntrap is the perfect way to spend the day.
Your location is simply perfect, as not only do you have the splendour of acres of unspoilt countryside on your doorstep, but a pleasant car journey will also find you at the coast and many of south Devon's glorious sandy beaches; with the icing on the cake being you are nestled on the outskirts of Dartmoor. Dartmoor itself is a magical place to visit, most certainly a day out to be enjoyed by all generations.
The owners live on site in the main house, which is located at the furthest end of the grounds and are on hand to help and assist in anyway. The great news is that in this wonderfully tranquil and rural location, you are not alone.
You really have the best of both worlds in this beautiful location, as a short car drive will find you in the heart of many of south Devon's most popular villages and towns such as Ashburton, Totnes, Dartmouth, Brixham and Kingsbridge, all offering something very special and making for a great day out for all the family.
The closest hotspot for all your needs is the lively historical town of Ashburton, nestled on the southern side of the vast Dartmoor National Park. The high street is home to many galleries, book shops and a variety of eateries as well as boasting lots of great antiques shops making it the perfect place to while away a few hours; not forgetting the great selection of delicatessens, this fabulous town is a foodies' dream.
After a day of action and adventure there is no better place than Bremridge Lodge to retreat to. This very special house, amazing facilities, and glorious location make it the perfect holiday destination for all the family, all year round.
This beautiful barn and facilities are also available to hire for private functions. You will notice the dining-area opens up into a much larger space, which makes this super house perfect for that special occasion or party, especially as the ground floor entrance area offers multiple toilet facilities. The swimming pool is unavailable from 9pm to 8am, also Monday to Friday from 10.30am to midday and Tuesday 4pm to 5.30pm. This is due to maintenance and the occasional owner use. Outside of these times, guests have exclusive use. Bremridge Lodge really is the perfect venue for that magical family holiday, or special occasion celebration.
