Under the guidance of an expert ecologist and landscape artists, Greenway Hideaway is constructed from beautiful, durable cedar with a sedum roof built as a haven for wildflowers to sustain bee, butterfly, bird and bat populations. A 'dark corridor' for bats has been constructed and even a badger set conserved. Everything has been thought of here to ensure minimum impact and maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Found in a secluded development of luxury hideaways, Greenway Hideaway offers families and friends the perfect tranquil escape. With the river Dart providing a stunning backdrop and surrounded by rolling countryside, this location is very special indeed.

All on one level, the open plan living space is super sleek and stylish, with high quality interiors throughout. The sitting-area has two gorgeous cosy sofas and, if you can bear to tear your eyes away from the stunning view, the Smart TV will keep everyone entertained. There's even a wood-burner to keep toes warm throughout the year. The dining-table takes pride of place in front of the full-length windows sitting next to the kitchen, perfect for sociable dining.

The two dreamy bedrooms are blissful. Bedroom one has gorgeous luxury linens and a 'zip and link' bed giving you the choice of either twin beds or a super-king size double. This bedroom has a lovely en suite shower-room for a refreshing shower after a busy beach day. Bedroom two really is very special, with a comfy king-size bed and direct access out into the garden through the patio doors. The en suite is simply divine, a dreamy copper roll-top bathtub and a large walk-in rainfall shower. Which will you choose?

Outside, the wraparound gardens are the perfect place for the little ones to let off steam and even the family dog can join in. Please note the gardens are not enclosed and your dog will need to be on a lead. In the field next door there's a small, quiet, family-owned touring park. With oodles of space, you can bring along your paddle boards and kayaks and take to the waters to enjoy the miles of riverside. There are numerous opportunities to get out on the water and explore, whether a genteel boat trip or adrenaline-fuelled coasteering experience.
