A hop, skip and a jump from wonderful beaches, galleries and restaurants, Bay Tree Barn is a delightful semi-detached barn conversion in a small hamlet on the edge of dramatic moorland, just over two miles from St Ives. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it provides a perfect base for exploring by car or walking along the coastal footpaths and surrounding countryside. Sensitively converted, the barn is all open plan with a partitioned bedroom-area and is furnished in a simple, contemporary rustic style, enhanced with some wonderful works of art reflecting the Owners’ artistic flair. There are natural lime-washed walls, solid oak floors, a roaring wood-burner and exposed beams. The cooking facilities are a 2 ring hob and combination microwave. There is also a pretty south-facing courtyard ideal for al fresco dining. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
