In our opinion Bay Tree Barn is everything we would expect for a one bed cottage. The owners live on sight and were very kind and informative. We would think this accommodation would suit couples of all ages!!

Cottage too compact for our liking, and parking tight. Location was OK for exploring the surrounding area/coast. We visited at the end of summer holidays and the weather had turned a little chilly, we had no control over heating controls, but I am sure in good sunny weather the cool interior would be welcome. Friendly hosts. No wifi connection in cottage....

We're so pleased you had a lovely time visiting this beautiful area of Cornwall.The owners have set the under floor heating to come on when the temperature falls below 20 degrees but would have been only too happy to adjust this for you had they known and, with the added bonus of the log burner, you would have been really toasty. We're sorry if you had difficulty with the Wi-Fi. Rural areas are slightly slower than urban areas and can be affected by more severe weather conditions. A lovely wonderful cozy cottage! I enjoyed it very much with all the beautiful furniture, warm colors, sweet little things, the art and the woodstove. I felt very welcome and the hosts Kim and Mike were really friendly. Thank you very much for the tasty cream tea and everything else! I felt completely at home and would have loved to stay longer. My beloved Cornwall, especially the northcoast from St. Ives to Sennen Cove was breathtaking beautiful as ever. I had lovely walks even with lots of heavy rainstorms. I just love this special wild nature here forever and hold it in my heart until I return....

Bay tree barn was not large but very cosy for two people, the kitchen area was adequate for cooking basic meals all areas of the accommodation was spotlessly clean. This property maybe a little way out for some people but if you enjoy walking it's fine. Just need to be careful of traffic but we did come in high season. We thought the barn was very peaceful and lovely place to relax and not to far from lovely places to vist. I would recommend it....

Lovley pretty quirky barn in a quiet rural setting. Spotlessly clean and a lovley cream tea to welcome us . Pretty courtyard garden but loses the sun late afternoon and sets behind the adjoining owners cottage . Not far from st ives and other places but need a car .
