These include Rowe’s Cottage (1724), Pennywort Cottage (1745) and The Old Stable (1901) next door, as well as one other cottage and a nearby working farm. Wallis’ Barn enjoys far reaching views across countryside towards the sea at Gunwalloe. The entrance is up a flight of external granite steps to the first floor. The spacious, light and airy open plan living-room combines contemporary living with original exposed beams, pitch-pine floors, granite stonework and a wood-burner. The well-equipped kitchen and dining areas create the perfect setting for a family meal (delicious meals are available to order). A barn door opens onto a corridor which leads to a bathroom and a bedroom with a seating-area and television. Downstairs is another bathroom and three bedrooms, two with glazed doors to the courtyard, and one with an en suite shower-room. Outside is the enclosed garden, games lawn and external shower. Broadband access is provided at this property. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
