Pebble Cottage (previously called Pennywort) has an open plan living area complete with a large range cooker and a wood-burner. Upstairs, three pretty bedrooms have views across the courtyard to the countryside and Gunwalloe beyond. A large private garden has volleyball and badminton nets and is located just 20 yards from the front door. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.

Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. TV, DVD player, CD player and wood-burner. Dual fuel range (gas hob, gas/electric double oven), microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility-room with washing machine/drier and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
