Adjacent to the Owners’ three holiday homes, including Wallis’ Barn (1655), Rowe’s Cottage (1724) and The Old Stable (1901), as well as one other cottage and a nearby working farm, the cottage offers a tranquil rural setting with a separate private garden only 20 yards from the front door, with delightful views across fields towards Gunwalloe Cove. The ground floor has an open plan living-room complete with a cosy wood-burner and comfortable furnishings. There is a dual fuel range cooker in the well-equipped kitchen, enabling your party to enjoy convivial gatherings around the farmhouse-style table, maybe even one of the delicious meals available to order. On the first floor, three pretty bedrooms each have views across the courtyard to the countryside and sea beyond. Close to the coast, Pennywort Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore nearby beaches and, with the Lizard peninsula only a short drive away, the days will be filled with glorious adventures! Free broadband access is provided at this cottage. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
