If you were looking for cottages like Colenso, how about trying these:

Originally built for the governess on the Trelowarren Estate and later used by the gamekeeper, Colenso is a beautiful Victorian cottage with open beamed ceilings and natural wooden Gothic windows. Set in the heart of a wooded valley teeming with wildlife, the cottage is approached by an unmade country lane and two tiny pedestrian bridges across the babbling brook which runs alongside the large garden (please take care with children), and only has the Owners living discreetly nearby. Colenso’s interior is quite charming, conjuring up images of ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’. The smaller sitting-room provides a perfect reading retreat whilst the comfortable larger sitting-room, featuring a Clearview wood-burner, will accommodate all the family. The magnificent, spacious kitchen/dining-room, warmed by the Aga, is fitted with a bespoke kitchen with slate worktops. Traditionally furnished, this delightful room has access through French doors to the sunny decked area overlooking the stream. Upstairs, colourful rugs complement the polished wooden floors and the bedrooms are all individually styled. The bunk bedroom is perfect for younger children, and the elegant en suite master bedroom overlooks the lovely stream-side garden, beyond which runs a permissive path and bridleway through the woodlands and to the local village. There are wonderful country and riverside walks to be enjoyed along the Helford River valley, and the unspoilt beaches of Kennack Sands, Gunwalloe and Kynance Cove are just a short drive away.
