Cosawes Pascoe Cottage, set apart from the Owner’s lovely 19th Century Grade II Listed house and courtyard and the surrounding fields, is ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. The road leading to Truro in one direction and Falmouth in the other is close by, two National Trust gardens are a short drive away, and the north coast is also easily accessible by car. Inside, the cottage has WiFi and, ideal for out-of-season breaks, a wood-burner in the cosy sitting/dining-room. The kitchen leads through to the bathroom, and the two bedrooms are upstairs. Outside there is parking for a boat trailer, and the large garden includes a summer-house for guests to use. For dog owners there is a two acre field where their four-legged friends can roam safely – with the covered utility-area just outside the front door not only useful after a day at the beach, but also for drying off muddy dogs!
