One of eight cottage-style houses grouped around an old watermill and stream (please take care with children) in a communal garden, Wheelwright Cottage is on the end and has a small garden with views over fields to Dartmoor (see photograph, not the view from the cottage). The well-equipped kitchen leads to a cosy sitting/dining-room with a wood-burner and upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom, which has limited headroom on one side. The Owner has a dog so leaves plenty of information on all the best walks within minutes of the cottage. Nearby Tavistock has lots to offer with restaurants, shops and the pannier market. So gather up the dog, the boots and Ordnance Survey maps and visit this quiet and comfortable cottage.
