The pretty village of Angarrack lies just a mile from Hayle and a short drive from the sandy beaches of beautiful St Ives Bay. A few minutes’ uphill walk from the village pub, with far reaching countryside views towards the sea at St Ives, detached Tre-View is perfect for family holidays with only the Owners as neighbours next door. Its unassuming exterior is hugely deceptive, belying the unexpectedly spacious accommodation within. Off the wide entrance hall are four enormous en suite bedrooms, and a stunning separate bathroom featuring a luxurious sunken air-jet bath. The utility-room next door leads to the enclosed back garden, where the south-facing sun-drenched deck includes a fabulous hot tub and heated swimming pool – fun for all ages, but children must always be supervised. The rooms upstairs are also spacious, overlooking the garden and pool. At the top of the open-tread staircase is a large landing opening out onto a roof-top terrace, perfect for sunbathing or admiring the view. The large comfortable sitting-room lies to the right of the landing; to the left are the dining-room and the kitchen, well-equipped with everything you might need including a huge fridge/freezer with ice-maker – essential for that refreshing G and T!
