Part of a 17th Century farm, steps from the parking-area lead to this charming semi-detached house, delightful garden (including a fenced lake – please supervise children) and lower meadow with trampoline. The spacious living/dining-room has French doors opening onto the sun-drenched patio and terraced garden. The comfortable sitting-room has beamed ceilings, slate floors and two large sofas facing the wood-burner. Steep stairs (please take care) lead to the pretty bedrooms. The neighbouring Owners breed pedigree South Devon and Highland cattle, and welcome any interest in their daily pursuits.
