Forget-Me-Not Cottage
2407 is no longer with usIf you were looking for cottages like Forget-Me-Not Cottage, how about trying these:
Perched atop a sharp hill and visible for miles around is the 12th Century church of St Michael of the Rock, and the village of North Brentor is tucked away half a mile down the road. Set up a tiny lane (you have to reverse out of the parking space), 17th Century Forget-Me-Not Cottage is gorgeous, with slate floors, a multi-burner tucked into the inglenook, beamed ceilings, one or two low lintels and a steep staircase up to the very pretty bedrooms. Attractively furnished, there is a dining-room, a compact but well-equipped kitchen and a small traditionally styled bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower. The cottage also has its own garden across the lane and of course Dartmoor is on the doorstep. You, and your dog, will love this cottage whatever the season.
