Roseney Cottage
2384 is no longer with usIf you were looking for cottages like Roseney Cottage, how about trying these:
The Saints’ Way which runs from Padstow to Fowey is almost on the doorstep of this lovely cottage. Attached to the Owner’s house and with only two other neighbours, the cottage has its own pretty raised patio (take care on the stone steps). The property dates from the early 1700s, as shown by the low ceilings (tall people beware) and granite flooring of the sitting-room. There is a wood-burner in the old fireplace and the original cloam oven is still in place. Roseney Cottage epitomises the small country cottage with soft pastel decor and comfortable, attractive furnishings. Steep stairs lead to two pretty bedrooms which allow flexibility for parties of two. The Eden Project is a short drive and beaches and cliff walks along the south coast are all worth exploring before returning to this welcoming sanctuary in the evening. Although the property is not suitable for younger children, a baby up to six months old is welcome. Roseney Cottage has its own water supply, tested regularly.
