Recently restored, this charming 17th Century, beamed cottage, semi-detached from Old Polglaze (2381), is perfect to enjoy a seaside holiday on the Atlantic coast. The enclosed courtyard garden is a sun-trap and leads through the hallway into the well-equipped kitchen/dining-room. The comfortable sitting-room is really cosy, providing an ideal spot to relax. A traditional cottage staircase rises to two spacious bedrooms, prettily furnished with beautiful wooden floors. Nearby are stunning coastal and countryside walks and there is a great pub just up the valley in Mithian. Within a short drive are Perranporth Golf Club (an 18 hole links golf course), many attractions and a wide choice of restaurants at St Agnes, Perranporth and Newquay.
