This smart little first floor apartment (top left of photograph) is part of a small development in seaside Downderry in south east Cornwall, where wooded valleys shelter picturesque villages and cliffs tower over beaches. A short stroll from the heart of the village, which has a pub, shop, restaurant and tea-room, Sea Breeze has been comfortably furnished for young families or couples. The open plan living-room is compact but fully equipped, with the kitchen-area offering everything required for holiday catering and the sitting-area providing comfortable sofas. With the sand and shingle beach a ten minute walk, the pretty twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand a short drive, and ferry services to the maritime city of Plymouth, there is plenty to occupy guests, whatever the weather or time of year.
