Admire the view from the mezzanine sitting-room; this comfortable room has a large television, a leather suite and a contemporary driftwood-effect electric fire providing warmth out-of-season. Four bedrooms are on this floor, one with sea views. Stairs lead down to the kitchen/diner, dining-room and the raised deck, which also has sea views (see photograph) and a small covered water feature (take care with children). Two further terraces have distant views to Godrevy Lighthouse, a perfect focal point whilst enjoying an evening G and T. Set within the grounds is Small Thyme, a delightful compact cottage forming a separate annexe with another bedroom (not available at the lower price band).
