If you were looking for cottages like Chasewater, how about trying these:

In the heart of Shaldon village, found at the mouth of the Teign estuary, is Chasewater. Just right for a couple wanting to visit the delights of south Devon, this comfortable apartment (approached by a very narrow lane which is why we recommend guests contact the Owners prior to arrival) adjoins the Owners’ home, and is perfect to return to at the end of the day. Shaldon has a little beach as well as one or two pubs and restaurants, so you can enjoy a quiet drink or meal after a busy day out. Approached by exterior stone steps, you enter through the kitchen/diner and the cosy sitting-room overlooks the village street. The garden is very pretty and the Owners encourage visitors to enjoy the sun. Guests might care to walk through the village to the estuary or take the cliff path up to The Ness headland.
