With wonderful views of the famous surfing beach, Fistral View forms part of an elegant Regency-style terrace in a security-gated, Duchy of Cornwall estate (see photograph, large building in the centre of the picture). Located on the Pentire Headland, the hustle and bustle of Newquay town and Fistral beach are within walking distance, but also nearby is the coastal footpath and the Gannel Estuary. To the rear, the enclosed, south-facing walled garden is very sheltered with a lockable outhouse – ideal for bodyboards, wetsuits and bicycles.
