This lovely light house has fabulous views over the pretty town and countryside beyond with private parking which is a rarity. Walk up through the pretty south-facing front garden to your front door where a light and bright open plan living space awaits you.
The stylish kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking up a feast but if you don't fancy cooking wander along to one of the independent eateries in Penryn for a tasty treat. The sitting-area has a large squishy corner sofa for everyone to relax on and enjoy spending some quality time together. From here double doors open onto the sheltered courtyard where you can enjoy long warm summer evenings with your loved ones or hop up a few steps to the top patio where you will find the fabulous hot tub where you can spend the evening gazing up at the stars (please be mindful of the neighbours).
Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms and the family bathroom; the first bedroom has flexible accommodation with 'zip and link' beds or a luxurious king-size bed, this bedroom has far reaching views over the countryside. The main bedroom also has a comfy king-size bed where you can enjoy a long lazy morning, perhaps your loved one will bring you breakfast in bed. The two double bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer, but they are of course lovely and cosy in the cooler months. There is also a very sweet single bedroom too which overlooks the back garden.
Meadowvine is part of a small terrace of four houses, the house has a charming front garden, which catches the morning sun, with a pretty lawn section and beautiful beds. At the rear of the house enjoy meals on the private terrace and climb the stairs to the second patio to find the fabulous hot tub.
