Rowan Yurt is a beautiful, secluded getaway sat in a wonderfully peaceful site in the Welsh countryside. With charming interiors, a cosy wood-burner and a fantastic outside space, Rowan Yurt is perfect for a romantic couples' retreat.
Step through the charming timber door and discover an interior full of character. There are some wonderfully unique furnishings to enjoy with colourful rugs and lovely wooden chests. Natural light floods in from the top of the yurt while two quirky beanbags surround a snug little wood-burner which keeps the space nice and toasty in the evenings. A fabulous double bed sits in the centre of the yurt, topped with comfy linens and plush cushions that guarantee a great night's sleep. In the morning, venture out to the raised wooden decking area and enjoy a warming coffee in the crisp countryside breeze.
There are plenty of peaceful places to indulge in your fabulous surroundings, such as the outdoor dining area from which you can enjoy the wildflowers that surround the yurt as you tuck into some delicious treats cooked on the rustic barbecue.
A few steps away from the yurt is your private compost loo and a small walk through the site will take you to the quirky washroom in the stylish shepherd's hut. Here you will find two allocated showers (one for Rowan and one for the other yurt on the site, Gorse Yurt) as well as a gorgeous wash-basin.
If you're in the mood for food, there is a fabulous, shared kitchen just a short walk away from the yurt complete with a gas cooker, separate fridge, sink and kettle. Here you will also find a delightful, shared dining-area with its own little charming wood-burner to keep you warm as you enjoy tasty suppers and late lunches.
The owners are happy to help with anything they can to make sure your stay is as dreamy as it can be such as providing special locally produced eco charcoal and extra logs for wood-burners.
