Snuggled away in the corner of the owners' farm, you will find The Burrow; a beautiful, off-grid shepherd's hut providing the perfect spot to really get away from it all. With uninterrupted views of the countryside and undulating forest areas, once you arrive you are surely not going to want to leave.

Entering The Burrow via its double doors, you will step into a gorgeous space that has been so thoughtfully crafted and styled. The natural, tasteful colours and materials instantly invoke a feeling of restfulness and tranquility.

The sumptuous king-size bed has a comfortable mattress and soft linens to ensure you have a wonderful sleep. When you wake up in the morning, treat yourself to a coffee in bed and gaze out of the window that looks down across the field.

You are sure to be warm at The Burrow, whatever the weather, thanks to the lovely wood-burner that sits snugly in the corner. Evenings in here with a hot chocolate, watching the flames flicker will be just perfect. When the weather is warmer, open the double doors and head out to the sun deck where there is comfy seating for you to relax on.

Staying at The Burrow means you can be part of an eco-friendly environment, with solar generated electricity, luxurious toiletries from the green refill company, MINIML and a compost WC.

Little Buckholt Farm has been in the owners' family since the fifties and to this day the land is still worked, so you may hear the odd tractor trundling nearby or the sound of firewood being split in the yard. All these authentic sounds will just make you feel even more as though you have escaped the daily hustle and bustle and enhance your experience in this traditional setting.

If you are looking for a retreat with an extra experience on offer then The Burrow will suit you perfectly, as the friendly owner teaches yoga outside in the summer and you can book an individual session (for an additional charge and to be arranged directly with the owner).
