The cottage sits on the far side of the courtyard, with the owners' farmhouse and the other holiday cottages on either side.

The sign at the end of the lane for Mudgeon Vean, you are nearly there.
There is additional parking in front of the patio if required.
Walking from the cottage, you will come across some wonderful sights throughout the year.
The view from the terrace across the enclosed 'seasonal pond' to the chickens (this only fills with water during wet weather) and your private garden is to the right of the picture.
The views are great at any time of year even on a cold January morning!
The other residents of Mudgeon Vean include a few feathered friends.
A few minutes down the lane from the cottage is the path leading to Tremayne Quay, through the woods. Just look out for this mini waterfall on the way, and take the next gate on your right.
A pretty stream runs through the woods.
The walk takes you through the woods and follows the stream down to the quay.
Tremayne Quay belongs to the National Trust.
The Prince of Wales pub, Newtown in St Martin is less than two miles away or five minutes by car.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

A non-refundable booking fee of £34 is payable per booking.
