Welcome to Mintons a spacious 3,400 square feet waterside property, with spectacular views in the heart of Shaldon. Perfect for large family gatherings, this seven bedroom, four shower-room property comfortably accommodates thirteen guests. Mintons has the best of both worlds, a central village spot close to all the local amenities and a shoreside location!

An ideal holiday home for water lovers, a few steps across the front garden and you can access and enjoy the shoreline with paddle boarding, boat trips and other activities available for hire from the beautiful sandy Shaldon beach.

New for July 2023 is the addition of a large hot tub and retractable awning which have been added to the enclosed courtyard area of the garden, allowing for privacy and al fresco dining all year round. A newly converted loft space contains a spacious king-sized bedroom with en suite bath and shower and a second 350 square foot main bedroom suite with bathroom, both with stunning views across the estuary and out to sea. The main bedroom suite (bedroom 6) also offers further family accommodation via a link door to a single bedroom (bedroom 7). 80 per cent of bedrooms 5 and 6 have a ceiling height of between 3 metres to 1.8 metres, however please do take care in the areas with a lower ceiling.

Inside the rest of the property Mintons does not disappoint! Completely renovated throughout in 2020, this fabulous Edwardian end of terrace house really is second to none. The beautiful interiors offer the perfect mix of style, flair and comfort making it the perfect venue.

A well-equipped kitchen with range cooker and dual tray Ninja air fryer opens into a large dining-room with a huge family-sized table. The spacious and luxurious sitting-room offers a wonderful space to watch a family movie together, complete with full Sky and Sports package and the downstairs pool table and table football space provides further entertainment for all guests. This beautiful house allows you to holiday as a family yet offers the space and provision to enjoy a little quiet time when needed. Retiring to one of the beautiful bedrooms to snuggle up in front of the TV is the perfect end to any day.

For those who want to travel to sites further afield, in what is very rare for a central village location, Mintons also features garage parking for two large cars.

Not forgetting a wonderful selection of boutique shops, botanical gardens and a golf course, there really is something for everyone.
