Rose Cottage is a mixture of fashionable new and traditional styles. Walking up the cobbled path, through the pretty cottage garden, the front door leads you into an open plan sitting/dining-room with comfortable seating and views to the front garden. Rose Cottage has so many original features, a steep little staircase, big inglenook fireplace – with a fabulous contemporary wood-burner – and low lintels, ceilings and beams (tall people take care!).
Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished, it really is the perfect coastal retreat for a small family or couple wanting that extra bit of space.
Centrally located in the heart of this popular village that is both bustling and busy during the summer months, it's easy to explore this wonderful part of Cornwall or simply wander through the streets exploring this quintessential Cornish village. St Agnes has everything you could possibly need with shops, galleries, cafes, bistros and bars all conveniently close to Rose Cottage.
There are wonderful sandy beaches at nearby Trevaunance Cove, Chapel Porth and Porthtowan, all lifeguarded from Easter to October and great for families and surfers. Your four-legged companion is very welcome at Rose Cottage, and with footpaths galore to explore along this dramatic coastline, days can be spent discovering new delights.

Please note that due to the 12 granite steps that take you to the cottage, and the steep internal staircase, this property may be unsuitable for the elderly and those with walking difficulties. Please also take care with the low ceilings and beams inside Rose Cottage. Please ensure that children are supervised by the stream at the bottom of the garden. *A cot is not provided, bring your own travel cot.

Welcome to Rose Cottage. The garden is located in front of a little stream, and is not fully enclosed, so please keep a watchful eye on the young ones and your four-legged friends.
The super comfy double bedroom overlooks the pretty garden.
Lunch is served.
The light-filled open plan sitting/dining-room.
The super little galley kitchen is fully equipped.
It's very easy to rustle up a fabulous meal with produce found in the village, or at local markets. (there are two steps leading up into the kitchen from the dining area).
The walls are full of fabulous art! Each one is very individual and painted by a local artist.
This little cottage has the most fabulous contemporary wood-burner, perfect for cosy evenings curled up with a book.
So warm and cosy.
The family bathroom has a bath with a fitted shower over.
All of the bedrooms have a little step leading into them.
The bunk bedroom is perfect for the children, and has a fabulous window seat.
There are beautiful throws, cushions and soft furnishings throughout the cottage.
The perfect little spot for a morning coffee.
Trevaunance Cove is a very short walk away.
There are twelve granite steps leading down to this gorgeous cottage, so care is needed, and a torch.
We love The Driftwood Spars, which is just down the road. They serve the most delicious Sunday roasts.
If you enjoy walking, a 'to do' is the coastal path walk to Chapel Porth, at low tide it is pretty stunning.
