With a beautiful sandy beach only two minutes' walk away and spectacular sea views from the large picture window in the sitting area, Trebah is a surprisingly spacious studio apartment, perfect for a summer stay or a cosy winter break storm watching.

Open plan living and high ceilings bring light into this welcoming ground floor apartment and with a separate kitchen and dining-room, king-size bed, and spacious bathroom, this is a very comfortable property for two. Outside, a communal courtyard leads to the entrance for Trebah and guests that stay here can enjoy this secluded seating area and loungers.

Once a former hotel, Trebah now shares its access with two additional apartments, and overlooks the owner's terrace and swimming pool. The owner lives close by and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Stroll down the hill to the beach or further on to the delightful beach bars and cafes which wrap around Praa Sands beach. It would be hard to beat the location of this little treasure sitting just above the beach in an elevated position.

Praa Sands is rapidly becoming one of Cornwall's hidden hot spots. A new addition is The Welloe a laid-back beachside bar serving hearty breakfasts and home-made pizzas and where you can kick back and listen to local bands several times a week.

You're also perfectly positioned to explore the South West Coast Path with its wild and rugged coastline, so don't forget to pack your walking boots. This gorgeous National Landscape, formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is home to a stunning coastline and hidden coves.

This is a great base from which to explore other nearby villages including Perranuthnoe and the nearby fabulous foodie mecca town of Porthleven, where you will discover gastropubs and ancient inns which serve an excellent selection of locally produced food, and there's also a popular outdoor market to mooch around.
