Conveniently close to the stunning Helford River, the ancient woodland of Bosahan and within walking distance of two fabulous local pubs, this beautiful cottage is the perfect base for a dreamy break away from the stresses of everyday life.

Meander up the pretty pathway from your private parking area on to the attractive patio before heading into the large entrance area of Shar Mar. You will be greeted by a roomy and light area as soon as you step inside, everything is so spacious.

There is a comfy king-size bed in bedroom one, situated at the front, and overlooking the picturesque garden, then a twin just across the hall, with a family bathroom conveniently placed between. Every part of this cottage has been utilised, with both bedrooms boasting ample hanging space to make you feel really at home. The bathroom is also large and has its own bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The living space is fantastic for spending time with the family, it encompasses an open plan kitchen with breakfast-bar, dining-room and sitting-area. There is an electric coal-effect heater to keep you toasty in cooler months and a gorgeous large sliding door that you can open right up and let the Cornish air in during the warmer months (please note, this door is not for access). The kitchen continues the tone of the cottage with plenty of space and everything you will need to cook up tasty holiday suppers for your loved ones.

There is even a lovely little conservatory sitting neatly at the rear of Shar Mar, just off the kitchen, perfect for lazy afternoons with a good book and some holiday treats.

The garden is very well maintained with lovely thriving foliage and plenty of lawn for family games or just relaxing. Light up the barbecue, sit round the large outdoor table and enjoy an al fresco supper whilst planning your explorations, there is plenty of space for the children to enjoy, maybe even set up the picnic blanket on the lawn and enjoy the peace and quiet of the village with a glass or two of something chilled.
