The stylish kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking up a feast but if you don't fancy cooking wander along to one of the independent eateries in Penryn for a tasty treat. The sitting-area has a large squishy corner sofa for everyone to relax on and enjoy spending some quality time together. From here double doors open onto the sheltered courtyard where you can enjoy long warm summer evenings with your loved ones or hop up a few steps to the top patio where you will find the fabulous hot tub where you can spend the evening gazing up at the stars (please be mindful of the neighbours).

Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms and the family bathroom; the first bedroom has flexible accommodation with 'zip and link' beds or a luxurious king-size bed, this bedroom has far reaching views over the countryside.
