The elegantly furnished first floor sitting-room has a large bay window and Juliet balcony almost hanging over the water, and views towards the nearby Prince of Wales Pier which offers trips to St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River. The ground floor twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a second bathroom. A separate apartment occupies the second floor of the building.
