Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has twin beds.Bedroom 2 (first floor) has a king-size bed.The Pierhouse is the right-hand half of the large black-timbered property - you can see the patio furniture on the terrace.
 
Ferries run to Truro, Flushing, St Mawes and the Helford River from the pier only a few hundred yards away.A regular ferry runs from Falmouth to lovely St Mawes, a great day out.The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.

Situated in a tucked away courtyard right on the waterfront, this lovely terraced house looks out over one of the world’s largest natural harbours. The ever-changing vista of yachts and boats of all sizes provides endless pleasure and can be seen from the sitting-room, kitchen/dining-room and waterside terrace (see photograph – unfenced, so please take care with children). The Pierhouse is a superbly maintained home, lovingly decorated and furnished to an exacting standard and providing everything you could wish for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. French windows lead from the kitchen/dining-room onto the terrace, the perfect place for breakfast or leisurely evening meals, a magical time of day on this stretch of the water. The elegantly furnished first floor sitting-room has a large bay window and Juliet balcony almost hanging over the water, and views towards the nearby Prince of Wales Pier which offers trips to St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River. The ground floor twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a second bathroom. A separate apartment occupies the second floor of the building. Please note that the changeover times are 6pm on arrival and 12 noon on departure.
