Open the door of The Chocolate House and step inside the deceptively spacious open plan living area. The sitting-area features a wood-burner effect electric stove, two armchairs and a sofa. In the dining-area you'll find a large farmhouse dining-table, making this a perfect place to host a dinner party or family gathering, and the modern, well-equipped kitchen is dominated by a skylight. It doesn't stop there, carry on further and you'll come across a large bathroom. Steep stairs lead up to the first double bedroom and a snug which gives you access to the roof terrace, with limited views of Penzance harbour and the sea beyond. A further flight of stairs leads up to the second double bedroom which boasts a sitting-area with yet more sea views.
The Chocolate House is set in the heart of Penzance, in iconic Chapel Street, home to the eye-catching Egyptian House and the Bronte sisters' mother's home. Galleries, pubs and restaurants are on your doorstep and with the train station a short walking distance away, why bring your car at all?
