The Chocolate House was perfect-it was quaint but provided us with everything we needed being very well equipped. It was ideally located in the town giving easy access to the shops and bus station. Penzance provides everything we needed with 3 large supermarkets just up the road from the center of town. And If you like a pub then amazingly you have two near enough on your doorstep! We preferred the Turks Head over the Admiral Benbow. Food was good and staff very attentive. Surprisingly the street was very quiet even with the 2 pubs. The off street parking was a real bonus. We used Penzance as our base to walk parts of the South West coastal path - the network of buses to get you out and about was excellent. One of the highlights of our stay was walking out to St Michael's Mount on the causeway as the tide was receding....

This is the perfect holiday cottage. It's so pretty and so calm and also well equipped. It has a central location in Penzance and a really handy parking spot.

Utterly relaxing stay in The Chocolate House - so easy to walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and galleries. Comfy cottage with excellent shower and handy en suite loo upstairs to save having to tackle the steep steps in the night! Sparkling clean and warm. Thanks for a fabulous break ...

Thank you for your glowing review. The steep stairs are typical of this type of 18th Century cottage and we agree that it is really handy to have an ensuite loo near to the bedroom for those night time trips. We are so pleased you had a wonderful holiday. Sarah R, Customer Support...

We had a wonderful stay at the Chocolate House. It’s in a great location, close all amenities and private parking was an added bonus. There was every creature comfort you need and the kitchen was especially well stocked with utensils and white goods. We would definitely stay again...
