With wonderful waterside views from this comfortable duplex apartment, you will find yourself very content watching the boats pass by. Part of the Packet Quays development in Falmouth, you are moments from the pretty town centre where you will find many independent and unique restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy.

This first floor apartment has reverse accommodation making the most of the views; the living-room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy watching the sun come up with a morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine on a balmy summer evening. Geach's Cott has private parking for a medium-sized car in the garage and from here there are two flights of stairs to the property (three flights from ground level) but the climb is most definitely worth it.

Geach's Cott is a modern, light-filled apartment with all the comforts of home. There is a large leather sofa and comfortable chairs in the sitting-area with books, maps and DVDs for guests' use. The kitchen is compact but fully-equipped with everything necessary for holiday catering. Downstairs, the double and twin bedrooms share the family bathroom which has under-floor heating and a drench-head shower.

Guests with boats can use a private slipway and foreshore, or perhaps head to the Prince of Wales Pier just down the road where ferries sail to Truro, St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River.

There are sandy beaches within a mile and lovely walks along the coast. Renowned Cornish gardens at Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan are nearby and on the north coast, fabulous surf beaches are just half an hour away.
