This terraced house fully justifies its name, with stunning panoramic views of Falmouth harbour into Falmouth Bay and across to the picturesque village of Flushing. An unfenced terrace with steps to the water (see photograph, please take care with children) and small balconies to the main sitting-room and the master bedroom capitalise on the wonderful location. An enclosed, rear courtyard is safe for children. The bustling streets of Falmouth, with their many shops, restaurants and pubs, are just outside the surprisingly quiet courtyard in which the development is situated. The ground floor has a double bedroom and bathroom, together with a sitting-room with a rattan sofa and chairs, and even a butler’s pantry. Taking advantage of the water views, the main sitting-room is on the first floor and provides HD television and a Blu-ray player. Guests can while away many hours watching the comings and goings of the harbour from the large bay window. The well-equipped kitchen/diner is spacious with an elm table and chairs. Upstairs, the large master bedroom enjoys fantastic views whilst the twin room is fresh in blue and white. Additional parking is available half a mile distant.
