A short walk from a pretty creek between Truro and Falmouth, this detached cottage has accommodation all on one level and is ideally located for touring both the north and south coasts. Nearby Loe Beach is ideal for watersports (there is hard-standing outside the cottage for a boat if required) and bicycles can be hired locally for the cycle trail which starts close by. Evening barbecues can be enjoyed on the slate and gravelled terrace and there is a large lawned area, both of which are enclosed by a post and rail fence. The Owners, who live on the five acre site with their two dogs, also have a maximum of up to five caravans on their land during high season and a bridlepath nearby is used by the occasional horse rider. High, white painted cantilevered ceilings and shining woodblock floors with rugs give a very spacious feel. French windows lead onto the terrace from the living-room and light beech cupboards line the beautifully equipped kitchen-area. The bedroom is furnished with comfort in mind, with a well appointed shower-room next door. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
