The approach to Leat Mill Cottage is over the small bridge and down beside the river.
This is the lane down to the river and the cottages beyond. A short walk along here takes you into the main village.
Locally known for excellent food is The Arundell Arms in the village, a bit of a hill to get to it but downhill all the way home.

Within walking distance is a good pub.

Leat Mill Cottage is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed our holiday.
It is in a quiet location, but with easy access to the village, with some nice walks, pubs and local shops in the vicinity.

The cottage is in a great location surrounded by woods and farmland. Lifton is a lovely village with good shops and pubs. There are some good walks from the front door along the river and around the village.
